  • Orchestrated the transition to Amazon.com as field operations PM, establishing go/no-go criteria and assessing operational readiness across 265 Whole Foods Market locations in 10 weeks.
  • Streamlined shift fill reporting with at-a-glance leadership views across 200+ locations and 35,000 employees, saving $288k annually.

  • Drove performance of four managers and 60 associates; increased shift pick rate 10% in three months.
